We understand the timing and care required to deliver live plants successfully to landscape construction sites and community planting projects. Over the years, we’ve built strong relationships with trusted transport companies and couriers, allowing us to offer dependable delivery solutions across Western Canada and beyond. Whether your project is local or long-distance, our goal is always the same: to ensure your plants arrive ready to thrive, exactly when you need them.
We take pride in starting the majority of our plants right here, be they from seed or cloning by cuttings and bud-grafting. To ensure hardiness for zone 2b, we choose our seed and selections with great scrutiny and pay heed to generational knowledge. We have 10 acres of high density seedbeds, annually propagate 100,000 rooted cuttings, and bud-graft 20,000-30,000 trees.
Just minutes from Saskatoon in the South Saskatchewan River Valley, our 250-acre irrigated farm is home to a wide and carefully managed selection of hardy nursery stock. Lakeshore is recognized as Saskatchewan and Manitoba's leading producer of field-dug, basketed trees,and one of the major suppliers to the Alberta market supplying landscape professionals with well-rooted, prairie-tested material. Alongside our field production, we grow a broad range of containerized trees suited for urban planting, ecological restoration, and large-scale projects across northern and central climates. Every tree we grow is handled with care and built to perform in demanding environments.
We are Saskatchewan’s largest grower of containerized landscape shrubs, offering a carefully curated selection that combines trusted prairie staples with promising new introductions.
